So, I haven’t updated this blog in a few months because I've been going through a storm. But what a lot of people forget is that God is so good. People are always somewhere plotting (even fellow Christians), but God knows and He always makes a way. How can they forget that God opens doors that no man can close no matter how hard he tries. God opened a door on Thursday and by Tuesday the opportunity was mine. And even when I told that particular Christian about the opportunity that I had, they still tried to block it! Do they not read the same Bible that I read? Do they not serve the same God that I serve?
They tried to play with my livelihood, but God’s seed never beg for bread. Psalm 37:25 reads, “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging for bread.”
We Christians are taught every Sunday in church how to defeat the devil, but then we walk around afraid of man. The devil sole purpose is to kill, steal and destroy, but yet we walk around afraid of our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
One thing that I always ask God for is to have favor of man in my life. That means that God will send people in to my life that will help me be successful in all that I do. So when an opportunity arrives, I’ll take advantage of it and praise and thank God for it. Proverbs 3:3-6 reads, “Do not let kindness and truth leave you; Bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good repute in the sight of God and man. Trust in the LORD with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” But I don’t ask to be man’s favorite. When you are a man’s favorite, they control the opportunities that you have and you praise and thank them and, not God.
I’m not mad at this person. I actually feel sorry for them because they are fighting for their livelihood. But what they need to realize is I’m not the enemy. I’m no one’s enemy.
